Critiques are mainly to identify certain details and techniques, it is not used to point out the bad stuff. Don't take this as offensive, take this as ways of improving the artwork.
Its great that you're getting to the digital media once in a while, but I do recommend that you "experiment" with the tools a little more often.
I would recommend using either Paint or Adobe Illustrator if you want to get into those hard to reach spots such as the paws and the fluffy fur. There's a neat tool in both that you can use to create curvy lines to define fluffiness in the fur.
The "shine" you added to the front hairline looks a tiny bit dull, but I'd say to try a slightly lighter shade for a more defined look by the means of glossy fur. But you don't have to listen to me, so you do what you'd like and see what you'd prefer more. ^^
Speaking of shine, the lighting. I recently noticed that you applied lighting to this, and its all over the place. Take note that lighting is essential in all the right places. If you can imagine placing a light source above the character's head, place one on each side, and place one more in front, this is what I can see here. Overall, a cute concept to the image. I see more improvement than what I've previously seen in other works of yours. I hope all goes well with your works and hopefully I can critique more if possible! ^^
